"Convenient hotel."

"lovely room but far too hot, no heating on windows open. Fan in room ."

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Best location in London!! Accessible walking and public transportation. The VII lounge is quiet and very well kept. Would stay there again. "

"The amenities were great and the receptionist gave us early check in which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We had a lovely stay. "

"This hotel was centrally located and very convenient to the "Tube" for easy transport. The hotel was clean and the A/C worked very well (our preferenced). They also offer coffee, tea and an "hydration" area that offer empty bottles to refill with water 24/7! Rooms are not the biggest, but comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel is under renovation but rooms had just finished being renovated. Nice job with modern finishes. Windows although thick were not sound proof and the ringing from St. Paul’s cathedral could be heard. If you are a light sleeper this will wake you up at night. The French restaurant attached to the hotel is very good."
