"Stayed overnight in Liverpool at Pembroke. It was close to Empire theatre, 5 minute walk. Parked in the Qpark hospital car park, again only a 5 minute walk . Friendly staff, very clean property, nicely decorated, loads of storage. The apartment had a great location, easy walk into town but in a quiet street so away from the noise. Not far from the castle and park also. "We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"

"Apartment was comfy and mostly well equipped. Communication before we arrived was really good fo it was easy to get there and gain access to apartment. Public transport to the city centre was not straight forward, we found it more convenient to take an Uber which wss the same price as public transport for 3 of us."
