"We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."

Expensive for what it is, id compare to a nice hilton, crown plaza as to room quality. "The electronic checkin was a great feature. Our room had a problem with the AC as this was shutting off automatically after about 20 minutes. Maintenance looked at it, but did not fix it (unfortunately as we “fried” overnight without AC. The property is well located and we would definitely stay there again……with AC that works!!!"
