"If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. "Some ways great, some ways not so. Location and area are excellent for central London. Staff are helpful and polite, rooms and facilities are clean and modern. Downside is rooms, while efficient are cramped. Everything is tight and little storage. Lobby of hotel is like an Internet cafe, so many laptops and people working in there all day it was at times difficult as a guest, to find a seat. Breakfast eggs were oily and sausages dry, so didn’t explore the menu after that as it was off putting....

Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room.
