"Great property, we didn't eat there since the whole of Venice was a short boat shuttle away. Two issues, they didn’t honor my Gold HH status and the shuttle is not included, it is only $18 PP per stay so not a big deal. It is a very nice property with a lot of amenities."

"Have a welcome cookies and coffee. Washing clothes machine small but convenient and a rack to dry it. Cute room witn adecuate space. Location is far from tourist area. Restaurant are less expensive. And is less crowded. It hace a patio and port for taxi boat."

"This property is close to everything in the San Marco district. We were able to leave our bags so we can explore. The host/reception was very accommodating. They brought us ice when asked and gave us a map of the city. The room had a corkscrew, small kitchen. The hotel does have an elevator too ..."
