The best location in London. The Tower Bridge and Underground Train at your doorstop and you are able to walk along The Thames to all points of interests. However the hotel had no air-conditioning, no fridge and housecleaning is adhoc - so for the price that was very average and disappointing. However the location makes up for lack of hotel service and amenitie.

I have been a guest at the St. James Court Hotel multiple times. Each time I come back the noise level seems to be worse than the time before. Crying babies, intimate noise from the room next door, street noise. Maybe I've been lucky in the rooms I had in the past but not so this past visit. Love the location, within walking distance from the Green Park underground station for convenience when arriving from Heathrow. Close to St. James & Victoria stations - easy to get around to all the tourist sites. Easy walk to the Parliment Buildings, Big Ben, the London Eye, easy to get to the Thames Riverwalk. Does the great location make up for the noise factor? That is for individuals to decide.

Staff was lovely and was sent a complimentary bottle of champagne. Very close to Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park and museums. Felt very safe and would stay there again :)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in London. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, which made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing space after a day of exploring. Overall, a great experience for anyone wanting a nice, tidy hotel in a central spot.
