Hotel is okay but needs some improvements. Breakfast is difficult. A small and uninviting place that is too small for the guest numbers. And quality is poor. Minimal staff work very hard. But even bread runs out. The one lift from lobby to Breakfast area sees queues. What happens if lift breaks? Overall disappointing. Just look at the windows at Reception. When were they last cleaned? Promotions that are unavailable! But the hard working staff do a great job.

Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, bigger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The pool is amazing, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The WiFi was reliable. It’s about a 12 min walk to the subway. I had a great experience here and will definitely stay again next time.

We used as a transition room between flights for a few hours to relax and refresh. The drive from the airport is longer than expected which meant the shuttle hours didn’t work with our outbound flight. The ride-share cost approx $12 cdn. We ordered room service for a late dinner, it was okay but the food arrived cold and we ended uo with a slight case of food poisoning (we suspect the shrimp). The room was lovely and had the staff were friendly and accommodating. We wish we had more time to enjoy the pool as it was closed when we arrived just after 8pm.

We will stay here again! Top notch everything!
