"Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We were asked to pay extra for a 2-hour early check-in, but despite that, we later faced serious issues with accessing our room. Our access code failed, leaving us unable to enter until around midnight, even though we had an early 5 AM checkout. To make matters worse, loud and repeated ventilation noises disturbed both nights and repeatedly woke my wife and me. We have videos documenting the noise. It is extremely frustrating to be asked for...

"The location was good easy access to train Metro buses and shops Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was very noisy, especially when the windows were open, but when we closed the windows it became extremely hot and uncomfortable. (No AC) The fridge was also not working properly, and there was no freezer at all, which was inconvenient for a family staying for several days. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations"

"こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"The room didn’t have bedside light or the main door light working. They were reasonable and understandable as I kept my luggage in the reception area after checkout to get the lunch and did the laundry after checkout. Yes, I had to get out of the room at 11:00am. Place to close to all good restaurants. The room had a small fan! Didn’t cool the room at all!"

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
