"It's in the middle of a hill so make sure the taxi takes you to the entrance. The location is really great for walking around. There is a small park at the top of the hill. "We were only in town for one night but really enjoyed our stay on this sweet, well located hotel. The air conditioned rooms were a very pleasant surprise after a few nights in a smaller town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was an easy walk from the train station and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. Would stay here again!"

"Overall the stay was great but I give a 3-star due to the repairman came knocking my door and while he couldn’t hear me asking who is it, he proceeded to open the door with a master key card thinking the guests were not in the room. I was so shock that I pushed the door back and he backed off. Then I opened the door with him saying he was trying to look for a small item while showing me the picture in his handphone. I told him it’s wrong for anyone to enter the room without the guest presence...

"There’s no AC in this property. For an extra 20 francs you could be upgraded to a room with an AC unit. However you can’t adjust the climate (beacause of city law) therefore you’re in the same hot room as before. I left the property 2 hours after I went into my room and moved to another hotel with AC and no restrictions."

"We had a very clean, neat and tidy room. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was quite nice, and had most of what you could ask for. Our rooms were slightly on the small size, but still very reasonable. The hotel is well located, being walkable to all things in downtown Zurich. The street is pedestrianized, and gets quite busy. However, our rooms were perfectly quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from below. Very well recommended."
