Hotel Spa di Enge

"We stayed for a week at B2. The staff were wonderful and were willing to help with anything you asked. Breakfast was included and we loved that part of our stay. The breakfast staff were always cheerful and paid close attention to every guest. Not to mention the atmosphere was wonderful in the library no matter if it was breakfast, dinner or an evening drink. The location was wonderful and quiet and minutes from the bus. We would definitely stay here when returning back to Zurich! Thanks...

"The check-in was chaotic (because of a computer glitch). Not the staffs fault, but it left a bad first impression. The room was convenient. I liked the location for my meeting point."

"Quirky hotel, but I’d definitely stay here again - great rooms, helpful staff, and a good location. Just wish I knew which switches did what in the room (multiple lights, multiple blinds, multiple different switchboards). Overall, a great experience!"

"Shower head just needs to be de-scaled"

"Best Place in Zurich"

"Restaurant staff were lazy and unattentive. Check-in was done wrong, leading to room keys cancelled after day one. Wifi also cancelled on day one and never restored. The room was excellent for the price we paid. The cleaning staff were very good."

"I had a wonderful stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"the place is accessible, close to train station and bus station. friendly staffs and well maintained room."

"Malo camas baño mucho ruido por el tren pasa 10 metros no se puede dormir"

"One of the beds was old and not suitable for sleeping, I had requested a replacement but staff simply turned it over which didn’t help at all. After another request it was finally replaced. In a junior suite, I would expect excellent quality and promptly addressing the issue. Restaurant food was excellent; however, service staff not well trained and not in line with experiences prior to the renovation or what would be expected from this hotel."
