"The apartment is located in a remodeled, attractive building near the COOP, shops, restaurants and within walking distance to the Zürich HB train station (however the neighborhood is very quiet). The apartment decor is modern, bright , clean, and welcoming. The bed is super comfortable! The communication with the hosts was seamless: the directions for check in and check out were clear and all of our questions answered promptly. "Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay if expectations are lowered, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children due to the atmosphere. This feedback is...
