After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. "

"The hotel is easy to reach and close to public transport. The room was spacious and updated and we were pleasantly surprised with chilled waters upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. We traveled during a very hot day/night and the lack of AC made the room warmer than we’d prefer but that’s just a personal preference. There was a fan available which helped a lot. We had an overall great stay and loved the accessibility to major tourist sites. "

"Very nice hotel outside of the center of Zürich. It's far off from town but very easy to get around with the tram. No problem at all. Supermarket just around the corner. A lot of very nice restaurants in the area. We came for a concert and really enjoyed our stay!"
