"Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around.
The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby.

"If you are going to Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea this is the right hotel, because the metro is just around the corner and there is no transfer lines. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food daily. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Also, there is an Aeon and ikspiari mall for shopping and many restaurants. I would stay here again. Taking a hot bath after returning from a day of exploring, and then having a meal at one of the 4 restaurants directly inside the facility, to then relax for the rest of the evening. Simply amazing."
"Just a block away from Funabori station. Very easy to manage. There's a free tower, 3rd highest tower and can view Skinjuku tower.
There a Lawson (7-11 like just better), next to the metro and has a self serve station. Easy in/out for your food and beer.
The Inn provides free coffee, 1 free beer after 4pm, free wifi and theres a laundry access on the first floor.
Check-in was very easy and the front desk know how to assist english speakers.
