"Great hotel easy to get around Paris"

"Staff were very friendly. Hotel is located near many restaurants and the food in these restaurants were excellent it also also located near the metro line for getting around and also the bus line. The room was very nice maybe smaller than what we’re used to in America but very nice clean and bathrooms were small, but very clean. It was a great day for three nights. Thank you Christopher."

"First of all, I believe we had the smallest room in the hotel. The shower area was literally 3 feet square. Not even for an average person. The sink is half a sink due to lack of room. When we asked the front desk if we could change to a bigger room, she said there was no availability. I must mention, when we checked in, she said we were lucky to have that room, because we were able to see Sacre Cour church. As far as cleanliness, the room was not cleaned once. They did changed towels and made the bed twice, and we stayed an entirely week. How do I know they didn’t clean? One time we returned from exploring, and it was near 6 pm, and our room was not made, my husband went downstairs and asked, the front desk guy said he’d sent someone, which he did. The girl came in with two towels and a mop. When she was finished and we went in the room, the floor was not even mopped. She made the bed and removed the trash. I am extremely confused on all the 5 stars from other reviews, especially those that are happy with the amenities. Location was good and there is a few places to eat around there. "

"Beautiful courtyard and lovely rooms. Super clean and modern. Lobby is in process of remodeling therefore a little congested in April2026. Breakfast is terrific. "

"Great place for traveling while on a budget. Rooms are small and not very private but the staff was great and the breakfast was good. We used the on-site parking which was extremely convenient and appreciated."

"Clean room, helpful staff- very lovely receptionists. It’s a good concept to have a communal area with 24/7 snacks and coffee. Really lovely spot to wind down between the day and dinner. Reasonably priced too. It’s close to the station and one can easily get into the city and go about."

"Not child friendly. Staff were rude and u helpful from arrival to departure. If you book a single family room on Expedia you will get 2 rooms and no scope for moving even a camp bed in for small child. Children were made to feel unwelcome. We were told we could use the pool but then got told off for having children in the pool by other visitors you should not offer ‘family’ provision if you want to be an adult only hotel. Whilst the hotel is nice and decor/environment nice, it’s completely uninclusive for single parent travelling with young children. Despite the fact I flagged concerns prior to arrival, and was reassured, the experience was not great. Also, it’s not the nicest walk to Gard du Nord (with kids and suitcases) so not as convenient as it first appeared. "
