L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver car il est situé au 5 ieme étage d’un immeuble, son entrée passe inaperçu, sur Google Maps notre point de repère était le modern packaging. Nous avons dû faire quelques aménagements à notre chambre et les gens à l’accueil ont été rapidement en mode solution, ils sont tous très aimables et toujours souriants. "I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"Property location was bang on the nile with a beautiful view. Overall it was a lovely stay. Everyone there helped us out with excursions, advice and provided great customer service. Even though we got there after midnight they were still very accommodating. Would recommend informing them what time you will be arriving roughly so they know Would defo stay again. One thing to bear in mind, Egyptian cleanliness standards are pretty low in general all over the country, so dont judge!"
