The carpet in my room was extremely stained (I even turned off the lights to make sure it wasn't just shadows). And I became extremely sick after eating breakfast (and my dinner the night prior was hotel room service so if it wasn't due to breakfast, it was still definitely due to food prepared by the hotel). "Everything is good. If the front desk could mention whether the room is smoking or non-smoking at hotel check in will be really helpful. I am sensitive to smoke, and first night, I was placed in a smoking allowed floor, and I had to deal with the smoke smell the entire night. However, the front desk switched me to non-smoking floor the next day. "

"six senses was an amazing experience for us! at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings. the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious. we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the issue, and also offered to change rooms for us. throughout the stay, and even afterwards - guest relations manager Frank was a huge help! he responded very quickly on wechat for our queries, giving us recommendations for food and amenities nearby. he also came down to help us with our wifi issues! location wise - six senses is close to all the attractions like panda valley and qing cheng mountain. was an excellent stay - 100% recommend! "
