"Amazing value for money for a hotel with great facilities (indoor pool, gym, pickleball), awesome breakfast spread, good location and helpful staff. Female personnel at reception even helped us book SHUYANFU Dinner Show Ticket. When we had to leave at 5am on our check-out day, the hotel obliged and prepared packed breakfast including our request for coffee."

"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Chengdu before. This will now be our preferred one. We had a club room . The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel."

"The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the overall service was excellent. The manager stationed in the lobby was also very helpful and approachable. However, the check-in staff were just average—most came across as more “cool” than welcoming."

"Very pleasant stay at the Waldorf hotel in Chengdu, extraordinary experience before check-in already: I contacted the hotel requesting a high-floor room with nice view as I am celebrating 80-th birthday with mom. The booking staff replied swiftly and arranged everthing as requested with even a nice surprise: a birthday cake and warm decoration in the room. In general, all staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast offers various cuisine. Definitely my choice for next time in Chengdu again!...

"We had the Family Suite which was beautifully decorated. Hotel was close to a shopping stretch just next door with many dining options. Dinner Buffet was sumptuous, a very good selection of wester and Chinese food. Staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests. "
