"99% excellent. One drawback...Their shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles need to be labeled better. I ended up showering with the shampoo but, the silver lining was was it did smell so good. Still, I couldn't read the description on any of the three bottles."

"It was a decent stay. The room was very small even for NYC standards. The view of the city was incredible but having only blackout curtains was a negative. My AC and phone didn't work and maintenance was quick to respond so that was a plus. There's complimentary breakfast but it's nothing to write home about."

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff who was very flexible with us parking our car before check in at 4:00pm so we could secure a spot. Brooklyn is known for limited parking. If you are lucky enough, you may find a spot on sight, but you risk losing the spot as soon as you drive off during your stay as it is first come first serve. They no longer have a breakfast plate or fresh brewed coffee, although, they provide a Keurig...

"Yousef and Chris were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the room had a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The shower was nice and big- plenty of room to spread out your toiletries. The restaurant was small but perfect for a quick cup of coffee and a muffin to go. The chef/server was very nice! I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Small rooms. Not renovated or as clean as I would have expected the Holiday Inn to be. The valet parking was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, limited options. Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."
