The hotel was very conveniently located near the subway station. While we only stayed for one night, the staff was able to care for our luggage before check in and after check out to allow us to see the surrounding area. There was also a bath in the building which was very nice.

Like the location, easy access to the train station either to Tokyo or Enoshima and Kamakura. Room is clean and hot spring facility which is good for relaxing after a day out.

Amazing! Staff are very warm and helpful. Location is right after we exit at the station south exit. Lots of restaurants nearby. 7-11 and Lawson are right beside the hotel. We bought lots of cooked food at Foodway after check in at 6 pm for dinner. Onsen is another bonus.

Good Hotel !

Overall very good. 1:Very friendly staff and Hospitality 2:Location is very good. Easy access to Fujisawa station. 3:There are Japanese bath in the hotel 2nd floor. 4:Laundry is in 2nd floor . Only 200JPY for washing . Dryer is free of charge. 5:Breakfast is good. You can enjoy "Shirasu(Boiled Baby sardine) " which is specialty of Fujisawa area. This is really good choice if you stay Fujisawa.

Very clean hotel. User-friendly room facilities. However, it is very inconvenient and difficult for people with disabilities. Close to Fujisawa Station (JR, Enoden, Odakyu), convenient for going to Kamakura, Enoshima and the Tokai region. Family Mart and Lawson are almost next door. There is a post office right in front, and major banks and Seven Bank ATM are within walking distance, so you don't have to worry when you need cash.

スタッフの接客がとても良かったです。 みなさん、笑顔で丁寧な接客で好感が持てました。 温泉は大人4人で入れるぐらいのコンパクトなサイズですが、お湯が良く気持ちよかったです。 朝食と温泉が無料で付いているので、コスパはとても良いと思います。 朝食は一般的なホテルよりも品数は少ないですが、無料と考えれば充分だと思います。 星4にしたのは、部屋や廊下、ホテル全体が寒く熟睡出来なかったからです。 建物の年代や構造なので仕方ないとは思いますが、部屋が寒いのでエアコンを強まるとかなり乾燥します。 部屋に加湿器があればいいなと思いました。
