"We loved our stay. Walkable to the cruise ship terminal. Walkable to the Tudor House & Garden and the Sea City Museum, both of which we enjoyed very much. Large hotel room, comfortable bed, clean hotel room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. It met our needs!"

"Great one night stay on the way to Southampton prior to a cruise. This Place has the Wow factor in spades. The main building houses a comfortable bar and delightful multi roomed restaurant in an elegant 18th centuary manor house painstakinly moved brick by brick to it's current location."

"Family stay hotel right near beach amazing views very grand interior with lots of space to get around. Outside pool was an added pleasure especially as it was a hot day. Bar has outside patio which is lovely in the hot weather. Definitely stay again "

"We arrived in Southampton not expecting to stay the night but, after realising we did, walked around hostels but all were no vacancy. This hotel was available and affordable for a last minute decision. Furthermore, we arrived at the hotel 10 minutes after booking online and, a very friendly receptionist greeted us, we had a quick joke and he gave us our room keys right away. The set up of the room was perfect for us, a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, all with personal lights. The hotel is said to offer toasties 24/7 however I didn't explore this. The rooms are nice with eco-friendly products as stated and, when we were a bit late for checkout and our room key stop working, the Maid staff there were very kind and understanding, quickly letting us in to double check we had all of our items. Absolutely a happy little hotel close to all amenities, I'd stay again!"

"Location Location Location!! Just few minutes to walk to the Bournemouth Pier and beach. Room wasn't the cleanest, but very good just to sleep, pack and go as price for 1 night was incredibly low at this location ."
