"Careful when booking this property if you want to be local to shops and or dining. The only closest place is a Don Quijote which is walkable but other restaurants close early and may not be nearby. Trains are not accessible, only buses which are not walking distance. Hard to find taxi at night. Overall a great place if you want to disconnect in nature. Private onsen on own cabin was very nice. "

"Lovely unique hotel nestled near Lake Kawaguchi with views of Mt Fuji. We stayed in the traditional room with tatami mats and a private outdoor bath which was very special and memorable. Staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. Thank you!"

"実母、義母を連れて一泊しました。施設はまるでイタリアのトスカーナの丘の上にある教会の様な、のどかな佇まいか素敵で、オーストリア出身の義母は大変喜んでいました。お部屋もとても綺麗で館内全体が清潔な香りがします。全部屋の眺望が富士山と山梨市の夜景を一望できます。露天風呂も綺麗で素敵です。サービスはこれ以上ないほど素晴らしいです。朝食で小柄な実母が椅子に座るとスタッフさんがすぐさま背中にクッションを入れてくださいました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです！"

"I had a wonderful stay with my young teenage daughter. It waas one of our most memorable experiences during our first visit to Japan. We loved our room - Asumi A Western Room with Open Air Bath and a view of the majestic Mt Fuji. The grounds were beautiful. Dinner was great and we loved dining in our room. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and the customer service was top notch. During our stay, my daughter accidentally left her rings in one of the bathrooms in our room and didn’t...
