"If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji. "

"The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. "

Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. It is so well-thought through in the setting and arrangement for our best comfy stay. The dome is clean, warm and comfy with northern light colour setting at night. Its music speaker easily connected to our iPhone to play relaxing music. Sitting in the rotary reclining chairs, looking at the starry night, waking up to see the amazing Mount Fuji, all these are unforgettable...

"Spacious and clean whole apartment. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Very close to lake, just a few mins walk away. Very friendly and helpful host. Lets us park at the property after checkout so we can visit places nearby."

"I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. The restaurant had many empty tables, and it was not busy at all during 8pm to 930pm. I felt very embarrassed. I did nothing wrong but was treated badly. This is not how guests should be treated."

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "
