"Our stay here was magical. The staff were attentive and helpful. The area was so beautiful and peaceful surrounded by forest. The public onsen was empty both times we used it so actually quite private and so relaxing!! The hotel were so kind and decorated our room for our honeymoon. The food was sublime, I would definitely recommend getting dinner, and our special fruit plate was such a sweet touch. Wearing the traditional dress and staying in the paper walled rooms felt so authentic and made our honeymoon so special. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ❤️‍🔥"

"I think this could be the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with amazing views and robes and slippers to use around the hotel are provided. The onsens are incredible - so peaceful, not crowded and well worth the stay. All of the facilities from start to finish are so clean. The gardens are beautiful - so beautiful I proposed to my other half there and it was perfect! The staff are so helpful and lovely. My only call outs would be breakfast is fine but not a standout but this has been my opinion across all our stays in Japan! Buffet dinner and bookable dinner options are pricey for Japan but great :) 100% will stay again in the future! 10/10!"

"The friendliness of the hotel staff, the dinner and the private dining rooms, the hotel garden and our Sanri Suite were all great. Only the large breakfast room could be a little cosier; two rooms would be even better, as the hotel is quite large. However, the food selection was very good."

"I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other way from Lake Kawaguchi. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area."
