"The hotel/resort is very beautiful and clean. We arrived before 11 am and received complimentary early check-in. The room (37-719) is so spacious and I love the sunken living room. I booked a room with Sphere view and got it, with bonus golf course and mountain views. Another feature I like is the toilet has a separate door in the bathroom. The tub is separate from the shower. "So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for...

"Staff is horrible. Had my phone stolen at the casino. The staff did nothing about it we had a chance to get the phone back. And security was a completely useless "
