"Great hotel! The only issue I had asked and paid for a late check out but every time I went back to my room after normal check out hours I had to get my keys reactivated. Otherwise it was excellent!"

"The hotel was amazing, room was huge. Me and my wife said that the bed was the comfiest bed we had ever slept on. Pools and workout rooms were awesome as well. There is a coffee bean there that has good coffee. And a laundry list of food options in the lobby that are actually quality. We had a hair in the food 😭but they replaced it right away. And the stores were endless you could walk around all day. We did a first look in the lobby the fountain area is really cool."

"Tasia, Sofia, Evelyn were super helpful and arranged a very quiet room for me. Their customer service is top notch compared to other hotels in Vegas. I extended my stay further at the Ahern. "

"Front desk, from the moment we arrived... the lady was a power trip and so hospitable. She acts like those people that work at YMCA. She was truly an unhappy human being. She does not belong in a 5 star resort ambiance."

"Tuscany is not like other farmers hotels gathering on Las Vegas blvd, it’s a couple minutes drive distance from, which makes it more quiet , not crowded, that you can have a nice sleep during the whole night. Each living section named by letters. Inside room is clean and functional, my most issue was the entire room darkness, even though you turned on all the lights, and the older bathroom and the energy saving ceiling light. My 9 years daughter says It’s a room only suitable for having a rest....

"Totally enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. From the time we stepped in the door we were greeted and handled with white glove service. The staff was enthusiastic about welcoming us and ensuring that every aspect of our stay was explained and detailed. We were even granted a complimentary upgrade to a stripe view room on the higher tiered floor.. The pools and staff surrounding them were a delight as well. Thank u to the amazing Conrad staff for making our trip so memorable. See ya next time!!!!"

"Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return."

"So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for...
