"The staff was helpful, especially for complicated check-in, the room mediocre. Bathroom felt like it hadn’t been cleaned well and there was debris still there from previous visitors (empty water bottle and unrolled toilet paper under the open vanity) the faucet handles were loose with no stops and the shower handle so loose I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to shut off the water. The A/C was running but not cooling. The elevators felt unstable/wobbly and noisy. Odors of marijuana here and there on the property. There was adequate security throughout the property. Only ate dinner at one of the restaurants. The steak was delicious but the sides were like 2-day old buffet fare, mushy and highly salted. Although the bed was comfortable, I won’t be staying there again. Kind of sad for an MGM property."
