"This was a great choice for a hotel and I loved the neighborhood it was in. The transit is just down the block, and there's plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a laundromat and some small markets. The room itself was large and clean. We did not have a fridge in the room and the beds are small, but anyone who has traveled to Europe knows this is standard. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Unfortunately, the room we were given had bedbugs which we discovered at midnight. With no overnight front desk staff on premises, we were stuck in the room and spent a sleepless night trying to mitigate our exposure and to avoid becoming vectors for the insects for our other destinations (Berlin was the first stop on a multi-city vacation). We did write an email to the manager and sent pictures, plus we did notify staff the following morning. Manager’s response was empathetic and offered...

"Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein . Alles Sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hinaus da durch war es auch sehr leise. Klimaanlage war funktionstüchtig. Die Matratze war nicht zu weich was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das System mit Tür Zugangscode ist sehr praktisch. B&B Hotel würden wir empfehlen"
