"AC didn’t work, night 1 was terrible as it was way too warm. Had the window fully opened for night 2 and it wasnt so bad. In the staffs defence we never informed them, but they were super helpful and friendly for all our interactions. Overall it was fine"

"Tolles Hotel, kinderfreundlich, tolle Lage im Grünen, nahe Gärten. Exzellentes Frühstück. Bei schönem Wetter auch draußen. Toller Spa Bereich mit Schwimmbad (gegen Aufpreis 7,50 Euro) Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr, aber auch andere Parkplätze in der Nähe. Holländisches Viertel fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder hierhin."

"I arrived at the hotel from Berlin Airport around 8:00 AM. I fully understand that this was very early for check-in, but I expected at least some flexibility, especially from a larger hotel. I thought there might be a possibility to check in around 12:00 or 1:00 PM, but the staff was not friendly or helpful, and I was made to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. "Lovely hotel in an exceptional location. There are shopping, food, excitement everywhere. There is also a supermarket close by to get your yogurt etc. The U bahn train is opposite. Staffs are friendly. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair...
