"Room was very clean and well stocked. My only tiny complaint was the amount of glass bottles that were still left outside the rooms when I checked in (5pm) and were still there when I returned from dinner (10pm). Several (including a broken pint glass) were outside my room, and then other rooms on the same floor had one or two outside too."

"Room waa spotlessly clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff seemed understaffed but still managed to be efficient, friendly and polite. Great location"

The spa experience was exceptional — the thermal pool and treatments left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, going out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. I can’t recommend Ensana Buxton Crescent highly enough and can’t wait to return! "Check in and check out was very quick. Staff were very friendly. Got upgraded for free to a larger room which was nice. Shower and bathroom were great, clean and spacious. Parking was a little difficult as it was busy, and there are no plug sockets by the bed, just USB connections. Other than that, it was a great stay. "

"The best thing was how quiet it was in the room. The room was a good size, the mattress was comfortable with plenty of space for two people. Plus a choice of pillows. The room and hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Would recommend."
