"The room was really big for the price. It was in great walking distance to the convention center and lots of good food! The room was really clean just had a little bit of a smell but it went away pretty quickly!"

"The balcony was only a one foot step out of the worst view even everything is under construction and I had to travel to a whole other tower each time to go swimming not to mention the room smelled like smoke. I thought I was going to be able to sit down on the balcony and watch traffic go by instead I couldn’t even pass by someone on the one foot step out. I think the room they gave us was for smokers or something for it to cost what they charged it wasn’t worth it for the room or inconvenience...

"The property is old and needs to be updated. Paint peeling, ac stopped working in the middle of the night. The initial room I was give had a foul mold smell. The stove didn’t work very well. The refrigerator didn’t cool all the way."

"Loved this hotel! Room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. There were only 2 of us, but the room was enough for 4-5 people. Honestly wish I could've stayed longer! The free breakfast was really good too. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The location is great, especially if you are going to Universal Studios. Overall, the hotel is in good condition; however, the room was not 100% clean, and they did not come to clean it during our stay."

"They did not clean our room after the first night we stayed, which means we had no coffee for the next morning, so I had to go down to the lobby in my pajamas and get some. We asked them if they had a shuttle.They said no.And even though there were several options, they didn't give us any ideas about finding a shuttle, very unhelpful. They could have said, oh, you can catch one right outside. There was no conditioner in the bathroom... It was empty. Other than that it was wonderful."
