"We had two rooms, the bathtubs in both rooms had a lot of paint chipped off, no one wanted to take a bath, my son did not want to give his boys a bath in the tub; the shower heads also need replacing, the bathroom picture was falling apart, the body wash was not filled, the safe was locked, the refrigerator freezer was full of thick ice & there needs to be more luggage carts, it was very disappointing that the hot tub was out of commission during our two night stay. I was very glad there were chicken sausages for breakfast one of our days. Cooks & front desk staff were all very friendly & helpful."

"Rooms were clean everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. Location across the street from the The Pointe with restaurants, shopping, and night life. Walking distance from Orange County Convention Center."

"Everything was clean, friendly staff, great breakfast variety, and convenient location for going to Discovery Cove. Many restaurants nearby. The only downfall is the extra nightly parking charges. I would use this hotel again."

"My stay at the Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive/Convention Center was super. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate Kayla for helping us extend our stay to coincide with our return flight home. I will definitely be back again...hopefully next year. Although there was one gentleman at the front desk who was unprofessional and less accommodating...his attitude and demeanor towards our situation was condescending and quite rude. But the next shift, I spoke to a young man who assisted as best he could and suggested I talk to Kayla once she arrived. I won't let the rude gentleman ruin my opinion of Hampton Inn or any Hilton property. Thanks"

"No real planning in advance, I was looking for hotels near the OCCC in Orlando primarily with free parking. This place popped up as an option. I must say I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful over the phone and when we arrived at midnight. We were very tired and were welcomed by double queen beds and our room was very spacious. Let me just say one more thing, those beds were very, very comfortable, so much so that I forgot where I was. Food, pool and parking all in one location. It was great experience and I highly recommend it."
