"This is a great budget friendly hotel for universal! It’s our first time staying on the property but definitely won’t be our last! Very convenient to all parks waking or riding a bus. Lots of activities and food choices! "

"Fast friendly check in. The room was modern and updated. Staff was helpful and kind with any questions I had. It was cool they have a gift shop, cafe, and restaurant downstairs. Also the location of the hotel was awesome. Directly across street from Icon Park and walkable to all restaurants for good eats. "

"Room was never cleaned, there for 4 nights. Had to get own towels and remove own trash daily. Breakfast was the same for 4 days. Hallway and room smelled like marijuana the first night. Parking was $5/day, did not say that when booked hotel. Easily accessible for what we needed. Front desk staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful"

"Good location. Good parking with fee. Good Staff. VERY BAD CONDITION BE AWARE. Only 1 elevator working, long lines. If you want to feel you are stuck in 2002, stay here. Bad breakfast. Very bad smell. Very Old. I would not stay here again."
