"Not very clean, the elevator floor and common areas were a little old and needed some repair. Check in was 4pm but check out 11am. I wish the check in was earlier and breakfast was included!"

"Everything and everyone was great. The only problem was the arcade. Spend lots of money and no prizes- except the machine zeroed out card. Devastating for a 6 yr old. Get rid of arcade!!! Or reimburse us the money we spent. "

"Property is beautiful. We had a lodge room that I only regret because it isn't connected to the other buildings. We had torrential rains and we couldn't go anywhere. Biggest issue is no charging stations for EVs. Very inconvenient for guests. "

"Very nice atmosphere! Staff were great and catered to our requests when needed. Warm and friendly, family-like feel while staying here. Highly recommend the restaurant on property. Salmon and Tenderloin were phenomenal. "

"I don’t like the fact you have to pay for parking. We are not in Chicago. $20 a day for parking is a bit excessive."

"It was a great property with great amenities and great access to the lake. We had a minor problem with a charge that was mistakenly on the room but we called and they promptly fixed it. A+ would stay here again. "

"Good: park was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was friendly but very judgmental, ie if you don’t know the proper procedure for using a double tube. Cons: it’s far from the dells, like 15-20 minutes to anything worth seeing. Staff seemed mostly Immigrants, had a hard time communicating with the staff due to their ESL. Overall, you get what you pay for. Good for a quick/cheap trip for a larger group but you better just cook/stay there and not travel into town much. "
