"This is my second stay in over a week at a Rydges hotel and most likely my last. It is time for Rydges upper management to view these properties to see that they need major upgrading and cleanliness. I am over staying in hotels that doesn’t put mattress protectors on beds, let’s their bathroom look all funky, have water leaks in bathroom area with holes in ceiling-that smell so bad in the room as well as stained carpeting ! This hotel did not have any water leaks and did have ok bedding but...

"I wanted a hotel by the Sydney Airport. I thought 4/5 was a good enough rating to stay one night before flying out. I was so wrong.
We checked in and headed to our room. Such a sterile hallway that seemed almost like a jail. Worse, the hallway reeked of Marijuana.
Room smelled overly perfumed and I thought….well at least it’s clean and this perfume is the cleaning product. But the carpet which was a weird memory foam looked like it had never been cleaned. The space of the room wasn’t...

"Travelodge Sydney properties were very clean and comfortable. When we arrived they informed us that the kitchen would be closing soon if we wanted any food. Also their shuttle service to the airport was very good with separate shuttles for domestic and international so no delays in getting to your appropriate terminal. Nice comfortable shuttle service to wait. Shuttles left every 15 minutes. Very convenient."

"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it.
I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products.
Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated. Shower is too small and not modern enough. Room lights are confusing and need to be sorted out. Noise of Fan in bathroom didn't stop all night. I wouldn't recommend staying again."
