"Waking up at Paradise Bay Resort felt like stepping into the pages of a well-worn romance novel. "The breakfast was very good, could even make your own waffles. The shuttle from the airport was nice. The cleanness of the hotel was quite nasty. If we wouldn't have gotten in at 11pm I would have left but after a 14 hour flight to tired. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and some on the walls. I couldn't even take a shower becuase it felt to dirty. The sheets were clean and no bugs so that was a bonus. Checked out as soon as we could pick up rental car."

"The elevator situation is terrible. Long lines to get to your room. It seemed like only 3 worked. There was no escalator’s working so you had to wait for elevator or take stairs. Convenient place between mall and convention center and rooms were okay. We stayed in an Ocean View room but it really was “ocean partial view”."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
