"The breakfast was very good, could even make your own waffles. The shuttle from the airport was nice. The cleanness of the hotel was quite nasty. If we wouldn't have gotten in at 11pm I would have left but after a 14 hour flight to tired. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and some on the walls. I couldn't even take a shower becuase it felt to dirty. The sheets were clean and no bugs so that was a bonus. Checked out as soon as we could pick up rental car."

"The elevator situation is terrible. Long lines to get to your room. It seemed like only 3 worked. There was no escalator’s working so you had to wait for elevator or take stairs. Convenient place between mall and convention center and rooms were okay. We stayed in an Ocean View room but it really was “ocean partial view”."

"We love this hotel! Great location and such a great vibe! Valet parking was very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate and I loved the balcony. The kitchenette was well appointed and the mini fridge was very cold. This will be our go-to hotel in Honolulu!"

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. "The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby.
