"The location was beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 3 different hotels while visiting Hawaii and the beds at this hotel were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Might I suggest some hooks to hang towels and items in the room?"

"The guest room was not clean. Under the mattress of the sofa bed, I found a stink bug and some garbage. There was only one small bar of soap provided in the room. When I called the front desk to request an additional soap, since I was staying for 7 days, I was told they needed to ask the owner. However, no one ever followed up with me. Overall, this was disappointing and did not meet expected standards of cleanliness and service."

"The room was decent. The staff was very helpful. The gym is a bit small but still able to get a workout in. I was unable to connect to wifi so I cannot speak on it. The location was great. Walkable to the beach and a food truck lot. The ala Moana shopping center is nearby as well!"

"Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Waikiki was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, I like that there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker inthe room. Although the pillows were too soft for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a big plus, making it easy to get around. There are Bus stops near the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is also a plus. There were a few minor issues, like one of the elevator is not working and also the ice maker on our floor, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. With a few improvements, this place could be even better. We would consider staying here again."

"The Housekeeping staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The front desk personnel were helpful and competent but not very personable. The bell service and the valet were very understaffed and trying their best to service guests, to the point they were visibly stressed and flustered ."
