"The room was a suite, but the A/C was in the bedroom and did not cool the front sitting room. The room in front had a ceiling fan, but it was hot in that room. The A/C performed poorly and sounded like a carwash - constant water hitting the car sound. Next, no cold water in the sink or bath tube. I mentioned this to the desk person the next morning, and he acted like he had never heard that comment - c'mon, they had to have known."

"Perfectly situated on Fredericksburg Main street and has a nice pair of pools too ! Room was clean and updated, but Air Conditioner was older and not very powerful. It did finally get cool after the sun went down though. The breakfast buffet was good and coffee was excellent too!"

"The room was great. Everything was clean and maintained throughout the week we stayed. The bed was super comfy. We had no back aches in the mornings. So wonderful! The staff was so accommodating and helpful with anything we asked. The only negative was the breakfast was less than tasty to us. Granted, we did not arrive early to the dining area, but we have had better tasting sausage and biscuits at other hotels. The bacon was gone, so that could improve if we had our preference. We...
