"This is a very well located hotel which was very lively. My initial impression wasn’t all that good in that I asked for a quiet room and was placed right by the bridge traffic and subway. However, when I called they made a change immediately and kindly brought me another key for a new room that met my needs. I actually ended up sleeping extremely well that night as the bed was very comfortable. It’s quite a small room with a few surface areas but for my needs as a solo traveler definitely...

"Nice location, cool views from our city view room. Bit small for a long stay. Staff have a bit of a New York attitude problem so don’t expect great service. One exception for the nice chap who checked us in!"

"Not mentioned anywhere is that there is construction directly across the street that appears to be ongoing for at least several more weeks so you will be woke up at 7:00 AM with construction noise. When we checked in we requested a room on the opposite side of building away from the construction but when we came back to the room around 10:00 PM we were given a room facing the construction and it was VERY loud the next morning. Rooms are small but clean. Shower had hot water. The location is not...

"Everything was great but the WiFi was not working , also the elevators stopped working while it was Halloween and they had a party 😭 it was crazy I will not stay here again during the Halloween season. The party was OK… I wouldn’t do this again though. Loved the bar downstairs and the coworkers were amazing and so was the food and drinks!!! 10/10"

"We were visiting Brooklyn for the first time and this was a perfect spot for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and on arrival I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated my request with no hesitation. The rooms come with complimentary water, wine, coffee and chocolates as well as lovely lotions and if you need anything else it’s a phone call away.
We were able to walk into Williamsburg and feel safe with no issues and lots of great coffee shops and cafes on the...

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."
