"Beautiful room"

"Had a corner room with balcony facing south and a window east so saw sunrise and sunset. Weather cooperated and Long Beach walks. Breakfast was fresh, bountiful and delicious. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel without reservation "

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. After checking in, I opened the refrigerator to store drinks and found leftover Chinese food from a previous guest left open inside. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire room unpleasant. This clearly shows the room was not properly cleaned or inspected. I went downstairs to report it, expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told to close it and throw it away myself, and that no other rooms were available. I removed the food and...

"False advertisement of hotel room. The room in Dennis Tower that we were assigned was a room that appeared somewhere out of the 80's. The room had old furniture (end tables, out-dated couches, a 1980's shelf that housed a 28- inch flat screen, old 1970 phones, an old carpet that was ragged up, an old lamp, and a clogged shower- hair balled filled the toilet as maintenance unclogged it. I am traumatized by this overnight stay. Bally's needs to make this right."
