"Great location, very close to Grand Place, shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room, good bathroom. Check in and out very smooth. Bit of noise at night but nothing too bad and our room was at the front facing the square so to be expected. Good value for money."

"New hotel in a tower. Everybody is on a higher floor because of some businesses in the middle floors. Check-in area is crowded with a bar and you have to walk down some stairs (there may be an elevator) and through a cafe to make it to the elevators. The botanical garden is next door but has limited opening hours. The neighborhood is not great, and the walk to North Station downright scary."

"Solid hotel, a few nits: Confusion about the room service menu, initial instruction was to use the TV, after a long conversation it turned out that this wasn’t yet implemented on floor 6. Helpful person brought us a menu but was reluctant to leave it with us. Service weren’t overly generous with towels, only left us one large towel between two of us. No room service menu on a Sunday. On the upside oats place downstairs was awesome and the mini shop downstairs was also a great idea."
