"Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from Grand-place in the heart of the historical centre, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Many attractions were a short walk away, as was Brussels Centraal train station."

"Clean hotel and great position but would not go back. One, unreliable, lift for .8 floors and the alternative was a concrete spiral staircase. Nor sure how that meets fire regs.
Coffee machine in room but you get charged if you want more than 1 coffee a day.
Also way too hot, couldn’t have air con on at night as the tv screen wouldn’t turn off so had to remove room card from slot"

"Good location near to transport hubs and lots of nice restaurants and cafe to enjoy.
Room was spacious and well equipped. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Less impressed with house keeping and the cleaning of the room. On arrival there were hairs in the shower drain suggesting it had not been cleaned properly. On second day room was not cleaned at all and we had to go to reception. On check out day house keeping were knocking on our door before we were awake. Surely they should...

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."
