"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not work properly. The room remained hot throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. I called the front desk to report the problem, but the only response I received was an apology. No one offered to repair it, move me to another room, or provide any meaningful solution.
A good night’s sleep is the most basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and...

"Location was wonderful.
Room was large and perfect for my husband and I and our 17 year old boy.
A/C worked great
Only drawback is it took a very long time to get our room
I understand we arrived in the morning but it would be nice if when you know a guest has arrived and asked for early check in to work on their room instead of saying “we start on floor 1 and make our way to the top. “ we left from Canada so we were absolutely exhausted and even ended up falling asleep in their lobby!

"The room was adequate and the ac worked well. The bathroom was clean but it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area without a shower curtain. The breakfast was ample and had a variety of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and kind and offered recommendations when requested. The evening staff was excellent and addressed our questions fully."

"The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower."

"Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs.
Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors.
Overall, good. We would stay there again.
The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation."
