"It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind."

"The rooms are large. Everything was very clean. The breakfast has fresh fruit and a variety of baked goods. Very interesting place. We would come back. "

"Was not able to stay there due to accommodations. It’s a good thing though. The place smelt like dog urine and looked run down. Still waiting on my refund and it’s been 5 days. "

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"My daughter and I stayed here for the mother-daughter Gilmore Girls trip and I can't say enough good things. From the first moment of walking in the door, the view of the Housatonic River was breathtaking. The beds are gorgeous and so comfortable. The room is very spacious and relaxing. The little soaps provided are premium and smell so good. We will definitely be back. Also, the curtains are powered by a remote, the TV is huge and high quality, the lights are dimmable and create a great...

"When we arrived we found out the elevator wasn't working and I suffer from a blood disorder so I hurt and can't walk far. I had no choice to walk up 2 flight of stairs. I was looking forward to the hot tub but the jets wasn't working properly and I was looking forward to getting a good soak"

"Don't stay here. We checked in (3 hours later than what it was supposed to be). The room was dirty. They were going to clean it. We came back later and someone else was in our room. Our room keys didn't even work. We had to find another hotel at midnight. It's a dissaster."

"Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed."

"This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside."
