"Tv did have cable,, it worked however it didn’t display any programs . The staff I fear with is the onnnly saving grace for this hotel/motel/lodging spot. The kid was great ! We had driven from far to see a very ill family member .. anyways just wanted to watch tv and go to bed but the cable didn’t work. The staff member . He knows who he is was very nice compassionate it understanding and offered us a different room. We declined bc it was so late when we actually got in. But that’s that!...

"The room was clean but needs some attention. A window was broken which obscured the view. Tammy at the Front Desk was friendly and attentive. The amenities could be improved upon with a place to sit in the lobby and a new coffee pot. Happy to have fridge, microwave and free parking however."

"I loved the King size bed and full kitchen. This is a large room best western hotel. It was quiet and there is complimentary breakfast and a 24/7 gym. The gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. "

There was a nice variety. The juice machine wasnt working during our stay, but they had bottles of yummy chocolate milk. "Room was clean and entire hotel as well. We brought our small kids to use the pool for a day and the pool was clean and empty. Gym was nice and clean as well."

"We had a great room on the 4th floor. Spacious and included a nice little kitchen. The hotel location is convenient to local shops and restaurants. Staff was attentive and friendly. I have now found my go-to place when visiting family in town. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the housekeeper ran our dishwasher with only 5 small items in it; it ran for a long time and was very loud. They provided dish soap but no dish brush or we would have simply washed them ourselves. "

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
