"Premises are located in a good location to all amenities, well presented, staff service was good, gym pool area facilities were really good and easyly accessible. Food was very good and staff member Gabbiโs ( young lady seamed of Latin nationality with brown hair) service was excellent as she was very polite and happy to make sure we got our breakfast choice and made our dining experience very joyful. We wish her the best in her career with your hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we required. Staff at main check in desk were also very friendly and helpful We hope to return soon"
The Swans Nest Hotel

"The Swan's Nest is in a great location, by the river and a short walk into the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our club room had a nice large comfortable bed, a separate sitting area with TV, the shower was really powerful and the bath robes were nice to have. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water were in the room, as was a small fridge. The room was slightly dated but this didn't affect our stay at all. Parking is limited, but worth the ยฃ10 charge (we stayed 1 night) We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We chose The Cotswolds Hotel and Spa for our honeymoon. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a junior suite overlooking the golf course, thank you. Some reviews we read prior to our visit were very negative, but we cannot fault the cleanliness of the room and public areas, they were spotless. Yes, some of the furniture in the room is a little dated, but the public areas were fresh and modern. As we are having a very warm summer, many previous visitors had commented on the rooms not being air conditioned, so we took our own tower fan with us. However, there was a lovely big fan in the room that also helped. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. My husband played the golf course twice and really enjoyed it. We hired a golf buggy for one of the rounds which was in excellent condition, it seemed to be brand new. Unfortunately the treatments were all booked up, so we cannot comment on these. We can highly recommend the pizzas, they were delicious. If you are having breakfast, the busy time mid week seemed to be between 8 and 8.30, it is much quieter either side of these times. The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the Cotswolds, we visited Bourton on the Water, Stow on The Wold, The Diddly Squat Farm Shop and Belnheim Palace (all within 30 minutes or less to the hotel). We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the Cotswolds. Thanks to all the team for a lovely visit."

"Fantastic location and surroundings Was disappointed with our room for tha fact we upgraded with a pet with us To find out we didnโt get our upgrade because pets were not allowed in that side of the hotel So Single beds which I was very disappointed with But the front desk could give us a free breakfast But to be honest, would rather a double bed I ordered But all in all staff are fantastic Easy parking Clean room Beautiful place to visit"
