"The staff was very courteous and efficient. The breakfast was very nice and was always fresh and warm. It never seemed crowded, even when the bus tour people were there at the same time. I appreciated the all-day coffee/tea bar, especially on those chilly days. Our room was pleasant and clean. It had all the amenities I normally expect, plus a few extras that were helpful.
