"We took a trip with our daughter (5yrs). We were walking distance to an amazing pizza restaurant, Lego Land, and the River Walk. We loved the staff, they were SO friendly. I forgot my curling iron and they ran one up in minutes on loan. The pool was clean and perfect for our little swimmer. Even in the evening it was family friendly but still fancy! "

"It was our first time at the property and my family absolutely LOVED the experience. We had a lot of friends recommend that we summer vacation with JW Marriott HC as opposed to flying to a summer vacation. We were very impressed and our kids had a blast. Activities were great, staff was incredible, convenience factor was awesome, I spoke with Daisy a manager there (I didn't request a manager, I just got lucky that she picked up the phone) and was super sweet and accommodated us incredibly well. The one thing that was a bit surprising was the price of food and beverages. I completely understand that it is a JW Marriott with a partnership, but it was a bit of a surprise to us (Full transparency). BUT we loved our stay, and we will definitely be coming back!"

"We loved the Menger! It is right next to the Alamo and has a beautiful green space with a stage in front of it. The hotel itself has a gorgeous garden, vintage bar and open sitting areas. It is located next to a nice mall, fun attractions and is a block away from the Riverwalk. We highly recommend The Menger Hotel!"
