"Our stay at Aloft was great! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. We were only there for two days, which felt perfect for a quick weekend visit. The only thing we found a bit unusual was the lack of an overhead ceiling light in the bedroom, which made it slightly challenging to unpack when we first arrived in the late night. Additionally, the lobby area was a bit loud and overcrowded at night, as there seemed to be a local biker group gathered at the bar."

"The hotel was what you would expect of a lower budget hotel as far as service, cleanliness and amenities, so no surprises there. However, the experience was tarnished the morning we checked out and were waiting for the airport shuttle in the main lobby. The front desk clerk, morning shift, was a one person show and they were not attentive to the hotel guests. In a 20 minute span, they took 3 cigarette breaks and stood in front of the automatic hotel doors allowing the smoke to enter the hotel lobby. Would have been the same as if they were smoking at the front desk."

"Bar was fine, breakfast was terrible and the service was subpar. Maybe it was the servers first day. Coffee was cold, eggs were served without meet… water given after several requests. "
