"This was by far the worst stay ever in what WAS Buffalos finest. Bathroom flooded nobody came! No cleaning service or fresh towels, water posting from the ceiling. Molded and rusted bathroom- beds falling apart. Lamps filled with holes and broken. No blow dryers was told you have to request them. ..."
