"Absolutely wonderful stay lovely clean and well maintained property
Small rooms but lovely kitchen area and everything could need just wish we had bathrobes but the reception did give us all slippers instead
Fantastic helpful staff and even sent up
A bottle of wine for my friends birthday
The 5-6pm drinks in the lounge is genius and we can’t wait to come back

"Self catering, we never saw a staff person or cleaning crew. Location is great, quiet street with easy access to tram and bus line. Rooms and bathrooms are small. We stayed in Regent, unbeknownst to us it is in the basement. Light from a window, but if you keep the curtains open any passerby can see in. Only one luggage rack in a king room, no storage options. Tiny sink in the bathroom with no plug in options for hair dryer. Grocery near by, but no in room refrigeration options except tiny...

"A great stay. Travelled as 2 couples. Enough space to manage as our home base.

"Il est très bien situé pour se rendre à pied dans les principaux points d'intérêt d'Edimbourg.
L'hôtel en général est bien, le déjeuner varié, on s'est même fait servir en français. Tout le personnel est vraiment gentil.
Cependant, notre chambre situé en bas n'était pas super propre, je parle ici des murs et moulures car la literie, elle, était impeccable. Il y avait une odeur de moisissure et heureusement que la température était clémente, on a pu garder la fenêtre ouverte. Peut-être que les...

"Lovely bed n breakfast. It’s an older building but lovingly maintained and decorated. You have a choice of hot or cold breakfast in the morning. There is cereal, fruit or yogurt too if you prefer. The location is excellent, trams, buses and trains are down the block. There’s no dedicated parking space for guests so if you have a car to park that could be an issue. We returned our rental car once we checked in & used the public transportation or walked everywhere."

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."
